Exciting Tours in Hong Kong

Hong Kong is an exciting fusion of Eastern and Western cultures.

If you'd like to go straight to the recommended tours click here!

Ruled by the British for 150 years leading up to the Handover in 1997, there are still strong traces of its colonial past mingled with Cantonese shrines, temples and monuments.

Central, Hong KongThe cuisine reflects Hong Kong's incredibly cosmopolitan atmosphere - you can get almost any kind of western, eastern or middle eastern food you can think of - and all of it prepared to a very high standard, because competition here is tough!

Being a territory made up of 243 islands, it's no surprise that this is a seafood lovers' paradise. On all the inhabited islands there are local seafood restaurants galore, all offering scrumptious dishes prepared from seafood caught that day.

In some of the towns (like Saikung) you can buy your lobsters, prawns, crabs or whatever from waterside traders and take them to the restaurant of your choice where they'll prepare them for you.

Hong Kong is also home to one of the most vibrant horse racing communities anywhere, the Hong Kong Rugby 7's (part of the IRB Rugby 7's World Championship Series), and some totally spectacular scenery - which you'll get to see on some of the tours I've picked out below.

Here's a map of Hong Kong. I've put place markers on some interesting places to see. It's a Google map, so you can move it about, zoom in or out and change the views. Click on the placemarkers to see a description of what it is.
